Telescoping Fountains

IMPORTANT: ABSOLUTE PERPENDICULAR ALIGHNMENT IS NECESSARY FOR PROPER OPERATION OF THIS UNIT. LEVEL HOUSEING WITH AID OF CARPENTER'S SQUARE AND SPIRIT LEVEL. IF UNIT IS NOT ABSOLUTELY LEVEL, FOUNTAIN WILL NOT FUNCTION.
  1. Insall 1" valve and 1" line to the prepared hole in pool floor. Install gate valves on both fountain line and filter return line. NOTE: For fully automatic system and electric selenoide valve may be used for fountain control valve.
  2. Stub-out fountain line at a point 6" below finished plaster level.
  3. Leave protectice red cover over fountain head until plastering is finished. Using a straight edge and a spirit level make sure that fountain is abolutely level. (See diagram 2) Before securing piping make sure that distance from FOUNTAIN HEAD TO WATER LEVEL OF POOL IS NO MORE THAN "A" (See chart)

Taking care to keep all fountain lines free from debris and DOUBLE CHECKING that fountain is installed ABSOLUTELY LEVEL and that distance from top of fountain to water leve (top of skimmer weir) is NO MORE THAN "A" (See chart) After completion of plastering remove protective label from top of fountain. Run only filtered water thru rountain. When valve is turned on, fountain will rise above water level and rotate to produce two-tiered pattern. Best operating height of water pattern is between 5' and 8'. If fountain become clogged with construction debris, ftounain head may be removed for cleaning Clean all orifices and channels in strator, then presshead back in place

Cascading Head Fountain This is a single spout of water that rises about 2 feet. The size of water movement can be adjusted with the gate valve. You can special order the head placed nearer the surface of the water which will give you a higher, narrower spout of water. Modifications must be specially ordered. The fountain head retracts flat to the bottom of the pool when not in use.

Fleur de Lis Fountain It is five spouts of water rising at a slightly outward angle and then falling to form a Fleur de Lis pattern. The fountain head retracts flat to the bottom of the pool when not in use.

Shower of Diamonds This is an original fountain spray pattern and has been manufactured for about 28 years. It is a 2-tiered rotating fountain. It is approx. 7 feet high and 6 feet in diameter. The fountain head retracts flat to the bottom of the pool when not in use.

 

 

 
Bell Head Fountain This is a bell shape fountain rising approx. 15" above the water. The fountain head retracts flat to the bottom of the pool when not in use.
